Troy Co-Founded the company in 1995 and has since been the driving force behind its operations.  He oversees all aspects of the projects and has successfully built hundreds of high-end custom homes and commercial projects ensuring top-quality on every job.

As the Excavation Manager, Seth brings valuable expertise to every project. With a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, he is responsible for excavation proposals and managing the excavation process. Seth has worked here since 2019, contributing to the growth and success of the company with his dedicated leadership.

As Excavation and Fleet Manager, Ethan oversees both the excavation process and the maintenance of the company’s equipment. Having worked here since 2019, Ethan grew up surrounded by the excavation industry, learning from his dad and grandpa, which shaped his deep understanding and passion for the field.

Mark has been with Hastings Brothers since 2011, bringing a solid background in truss designing and engineering. He serves as both a framing and steel estimator, providing accurate assessments for every project. Additionally, Mark is our Safety Coordinator, ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with the highest safety standards.

As the Steelwork Manager, Andy has been an integral part of Hastings Brothers since 2000. With a strong artistic drive and a detail-oriented approach, he brings a unique, creative perspective to every steel project, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal in his work.

Cindy has been with Hastings Brothers since 2016, bringing a strong financial background to the team. She handles all accounts payable and receivable, ensuring smooth financial operations. As the Head of HR, Cindy also oversees employee relations and ensures a positive, productive workplace environment.
